Early Bird Breakfast Club is one of the many all-day breakfast places in the metro. As of today, there are only two branches of the said breakfast place but a third one will soon open in Eastwood. The restaurant is not that spacious but its interiors are really nice and cute! People who are into breakfast will surely love their wide variety of morning food. Going through their newspaper-like menu, we learned that their Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Roasted Tomato soup and Eggs Benedict were great so we gave them a try.
The Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Roasted Tomato Soup did not disappoint! You could tell even just by looking at it that the bread is crisp and does not taste burnt—these thoughts of mine were proven right. The roasted tomato soup, with its rich flavor and texture, went really well with the sandwich. These two were made for each other, that I am very sure.
Their take on Eggs Benedict was good as well. The toasted English muffin tasted like it was married to the honey roast ham. The poached eggs and the hollandaise sauce added flavor to this scrumptious meal.
My boyfriend is a very big fan of Nutella and he of course would not leave the place without trying their Nutella Hot Chocolate. The drink was very rich in flavor and really did taste like Nutella (well, duh?!). Early Bird Breakfast Club must be aware that breakfast should be heavy because they give very generous servings of their food. Our tummies felt full and we know for sure that that won’t be the last time that we visit the place.
